No upload. No tracking. No third-party analytics SDKs in the encode path. The short version is the whole version.
When you import a clip, Anamorf reads it from your photo library, applies the squeeze multiplier using your phone's native hardware video encoder, and writes the result back to your photo library. All of this happens locally — your footage is never sent to a server.
Pro subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play. Anamorf receives only an anonymous entitlement flag ("Pro: yes / no") from the store SDK. We do not see your payment details or account information.
If you have crash reporting enabled in your iOS or Android settings, the operating system may share anonymous crash logs with us. These contain stack traces, not your videos or personal data. You can disable this in your device's privacy settings.
If you contact support@anamorf.app, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use that only to reply and we keep the thread for as long as needed to resolve your request.
Anamorf requests permission to read videos from your photo library so you can pick a clip to desqueeze, and permission to write the result back. You can revoke these permissions any time from your device settings.
Anamorf is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date in the top bar and post the new version at this URL.
